4. Out on the Base
While they're out, Bill asks his friend to take his picture in front of the Post Exchange sign. We still don't know where they are--they could be back in Texas for all I know--but I think of them as in an Army base in Europe somewhere, getting ready to get back to the States.
The Canteen is open, so the guys decide to go get a drink.
