3. Tent Party

Ah, now things are getting interesting! Perhaps that guy in the last picture WAS clutching a bottle. These guys seem to be having a great time...and it seems odd that the Army would allow such brazen drinking in camp... and such disarray of uniform... unless... the war is over?

I like to think that these guys have just heard that Germany has surrendered and they are celebrating. They are older men, so perhaps they are even officers, and Bill is catching them having a good time. All three of them have their own bottle!
